Unable to pair bluetooth headphones

I am trying to pair my newly installed Arch laptop with my bluetooth headphones. I am able to discover the device using bluetoothctl, but pairing and connecting aren't working. I don't know these errors below, and I can't find solutions or enough information in Arch Wiki or Google. I have connected my headphones to at least two other Arch machines and one Void machine, so they aren't the problem.

(Potentially) Relevant Information:
Lenovo Slim 7 Pro X AMD laptop (I think this comes with the problematic Mediatek MT7921 Wifi/BT card so this maybe the issue?)
Running linux-mainline from the AUR (The laptop keyboard doesn't work without 6.0)
pipewire, pipewire-pulse, pipewire-alsa, pipewire-jack installed

Output after attempting to pair with bluetoothctl:
