GNOME Software- failed to update database: duplicate target"

Hello I have some trouble with GNOME Software. This keeps popping up:

Is there a way to disbale GNOME Software updates entirely?

Edit: I tried to disable the Flathub repository in the software repositories section of GNOME Software. Maybe that will fix it.

I uninstalled gnome-software-packagekit-plugin, hope that fixes it.
