The brightness decrease to 4 after unplugging

When the laptop is unplugged, the backlight brightness will reduce to 4.
And I have to execute

echo 60 > /sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl0/brightness

Is there a question in there?  I assume you are asking why does the brightness change.
What desktop environment are you using?  Gnome? Plasma?

Hello. I don't use the DE. I am using the Windows Manager dwm.

Then, I want to keep the brightness the same after unplugging, or change the brightness to 40.
