Bluetooth br-connection-profile-unavailable while connecting

I've got my brand new Kaibo Flex bone conduction headphone received which I backed on Kickstarter last year.

Well when trying to connect with bluetoothctl I get the following:

Now after two seconds the phones tell me "disconnected".

I'm running pipewire and pulseaudio and already tried so many things without success.
Any idea's anyone, please?
