Plasma KDE panel is grey SOLVED
Hello,
I'm trying KDE Plasma 5.24.6
I was using Cinnamon.
Using the system config panel, I get black text on a very dark gray background.
Color panel does not work too !

Of course, my system is uptodate (sudo pacman -Syu)
And I did search before posting here.
Same problem on another computer.
Same problem using another user.
All other windows are OK

Hello seth,
printenv did not help me.
I did a fresh install keeping my /home partition.
I only installed plasma (KDE)
It does work.
I suppose Kde and Cinnamon are not good friends !

It cannot "help" you.
It just prints the environment variables and I suspect that you might be overriding the platform theme or style there (possibly infused by cinnamon)

Yes, of course. English is not my native language.
But You did help me !
I got many environment variables using printenv. Those infos did not help me to troubleshoot.
On my second computer, I simply uninstalled Cinnamon completely from Kde plasma.
Kde problem is solved on my second computer.

The idea was for *us* to look at them 
If you still have the output and want us to take a look and/or the issue resurfaces (if/when you re-install Cinnamon), feel free to post it.
In any event please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
