Greetings,
I installed Arch without a DE. I wanted to use Awesome WM without installing it on top of a DE. So, I installed the bare minimum. AwesomeWM, xterm, xorg, picom, nitrogen, intel video driver, just the bare basics. I booted into Awesome and everything looked and ran just like A base install should. However, I have just one problem and that is, when I watch any videos or play music files, the audio sounds horrible and skips. I am wondering if I might have missed a package when I either installed Arch or Awesome and the basics.
Any suggestions on this would be much appreciated. Yes, I have tried to find a solution before posting.
Thank you,
Matt

Never mind. Silly me. I was having trouble in a VM. Not on hardware.
