Vmware 16 vs Vmware 15 from AUR, 3D Performance Issues, 15 Way Better

So Im just throwing this out there cause I am not sure where to post this.
Im trying to track down what might be the issue with Vmware 16 3d performance over Vmware 15 performance.

Two laptops, Fully updated to latest Arch packages, VMware Workstation installed from AUR.
One laptop has VMware 16 Installed and works quite nice, its got discrete NVIDIA graphics gtx 1060.
Another laptop Has VMware 15 installed and works quite nice and has discrete NVIDIA graphics RTX 3050
When I upgrade the laptop with vmware 15 to vmware 16, vmware 16 3d performance is basically useless and the vm is unusable.

I dont understand how vmware 15 can be working so nice but then vmware 16 is a train wreck on one PC but it works great on another.

Can anyone help me track down what might be causing the issue?

What OS are the guests running ?

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
