Microdia Integrated_Webcam_FHD

Hey Everyone,

Anyone have luck configuring Microdia Integrated_Webcam_FHD Web Cam on Dell Inspiron 16 Plus?  I'm running kernel 5.15 and sometimes it will configure the camera other times it will fail.
