Something seems to be wrong with archiso right now. I'm running the following commands on a fully up-to-date system, and am getting the errors shown at the end of the message...
cp -r /usr/share/archiso/configs/releng archlive
mkarchiso -v -w archlive -o . archlive/
These are the errors I'm getting:
error: target not found: ipw2100-fw
error: target not found: ipw2200-fw
==> ERROR: Failed to install packages to new root

Just ran into this issue today. Both of those packages have been removed from [core] repository. https://lists.archlinux.org/archives/li … SWFGNEUCK/.
Make sure you're not downloading and using those packages.

Hmm, yes, but how do I not download and use those packages? It seems archiso doesn't know not to use them... How can I tell it not to use them so the iso will actually generate?
