both of my machines fell victim to kernel panics today. i guess that makes sense with my recent luck...
just thought that was kind of funny (in a way)

two, maybe three days ago at the most
one of them i need running tomorrow for sure. i tried to reinstall from scratch on the other but that didnt seem to want to work either, which is a first for me. never had trouble getting a fresh install up through a working Gnome ever with Arch, even the first time.
whatever, ill get it going

Are you using mainboards with Intel chipsets?

pretty much anytime i Syu and see a kernel, mkinit, udev or the like i alwys cancel and go check the forums first.

yeah i have never had a problem in a little over a year, i just messed it up. all is well now

Me too. I then skim through the forums to see what will screw up this time, and allot time for fixes accordingly. 8)
