CPU periodically gets overloaded and the whole interface freezes

I have Arch and windows 11 installed in a dual boot. Since the very first second of using Linux (Gnome 42) it's been acting weird: working good (10 seconds), completely freezing (10 seconds), I can only move the cursor. This is what the System Monitor shows: https://sun9-1.userapi.com/impg/au229vQ … type=album. Couldn't take the picture but the only weird thing what happens in the process tab is that process Xorg kinda starts loading the CPU from 0 to about 2%, this is the moment everything freezes, and when it unfreezes, the Xorg process doesn't load CPU at all. Then the cycle repeats over and over again. When it unfreezes, some kind of artifacts appear on the screen, like the video module is broken, but in a millisecond it returns to normal. However, none of this happens when I use windows, so it's not a hardware issue. Hope I could get some help.

Please don't embed huge images directly, link to them instead.

You didn't include any information about your hardware, what is it that you are using? Does anything get logged in the journal when this happens? Can you post a xorg log?
