When running iwctl, you get these errors.
The first one is an I/O error.
I/O error, dev loop0, sector 44428 op 0x0:(READ) flags 0x800 phys_seg 76 prio class 0
The next two are SQUASHFS errors.
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read fragment cache entry [15b1962]
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read page, block 15b1962, size 4c630
The previous 2 errors repeat twice. So:
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read fragment cache entry [15b1962]
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read page, block 15b1962, size 4c630
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read fragment cache entry [15b1962]
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read page, block 15b1962, size 4c630
After all those errors, the last one is also an Input/output error.
Input/output error: iwctl
(Yes, that’s all.)
The first error does not appear again on repeated running of iwctl.
It worked before though, so what caused it to become unusable, and do I have to get a new ISO? If I can fix it, how do I do so?

Reads like the ISO or the stick is corrupted. Verify the integrity of the downloaded ISO, verify the integrity of the flashed ISO, and potentially use a different USB stick.
