This seems to be a regression in 6.0 as this issue does not manifest itself in Kernel 5.19.13.arch1-1 or the latest lts kernel.
System specs and software:
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6
Kernel Version: 6.0.0-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor
Memory: 31.3 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
When I wake the system up from sleep, I am getting a black screen. No moue cursor, just a no signal message. I have a single monitor connected via DP.
The log is spammed with the following:

I have the same issue on a Radeon RX 6800. All I get is a black screen after sleep.

I found out that I can get back to desktop after screen loses signal if I go to TTY2 by pressing; ctl+alt+F2 and then; ctrl+alt+F7 takes me back to desktop.
This works at least with i3wm, I don’t now about other DE:s.

Same here. It boots/wakes up fine, gets to the GPU blinking cursor screen and then goes to sleep.
If i turm the monitor on and off it comes back:
Here is the dmesg snippet:
