Hello, I had to install Matlab for a univeristy course (and I've already had to do the usual thing where I deleted some conflicting local libraries to get it to work at all, as explained in the wiki), but when I open Simulink and try to save a file to my home directory I get the following error:
Error writing file "/home/user/untitled.slx":Failed to close the package:"Invalid cross-device link (18)"Looking up the error message online I only found something related to python 2.7 on stackoverflow.
Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance

I'm so dumb, I didn't think about checking there first.
Thanks for your help and sorry for wasting your time

I also have the problem. The link below may explain this.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Tmpfs
In section 4.1 Opening symlinks in tmpfs as root fails.

In Ubuntu, matlab 2022b works normally. Using df command, /tmp is not umount as tmpfs.
This is just my guess, not tested on archlinux.
