usb device not available

As in the title, I cannot use devices such as keyboards, touchpads
my archlinux is installed on parallels desktop for m1 so it's arm64 architecture so i don't know if i can ask questions here if this is forbidden then very sorry

usb device is normal after reboot
But when I reboot again, it's not available again

So those are virtual devices?
I'd look at the parallels side, because the device isn't responding.
