I have enabled the let sites automatically load fonts ,but still

What fonts?  What characters?  What webpages?  Seriously, give us something to go on.

Also what font packages do you have installed?

EDIT: wait is this even arch linux, or was this an arcolinux install?

fonts and webpages are not specific,mandarin,emoticons fonts etc.
noto sans is installed

I gather that means this is an arcolinux install.  You need to ask on the support channels for your distro, we can't help you here.

how  you gathered i don't  know

i installed arch using installation guide.
i use kde and not wm so i didn't install any fonts,my earlier install worked fine without  font package explicitly installing

did you read the whole post you linked i got arco repo by aur package which i wanted to remove.Still that is correct that earlier i had bad questions and i am idiot.

By adding those repos you're by definition now running arcolinux - no matter how they got there.
If you're running archlinux you should know how to addremove repos and if you don't you should know how to use the wiki and if you don't and in general you should most certainly not run random "tweak tools" that trash your system - what you can't fix because we've just established that you don't know anything about your system.

Either way, the problem in this thread is vastly underspecified.

What fonts?  What characters?  What webpages?

Provide an enumeration. Doesn't have to be conclusive, but cannot be "everything everywhere I looked" either.
In doubt you lack some cjk fonts.

thanks i understand now

webpages=every site where such character appear,like in wikipedia when japanese text comes.I can not think of other details

i installed cjk font now its working
