xfce system tray/plugin keyboard shortcuts???

How can one add keyboard shortcuts in xfce4 to show up apps that are in xfce4-panel? For example, xfce4-notes-plugin-svn, xfce4-mixer-svn, xfce4-mount-plugin, etc. They are in the pane. Now when one wants to use them, then need to click on them. Another similar thing will be apps in system tray. To minimize or maximize them, you need to click on them. Is there a way to do this with keyboard.

Another question is abot adding apps in system tray. Many apps, e.g., aterm, adobe reader, etc., are not in the system tray. Any suggestion to overcome this problem.

Right click on the panel and use the "add to panel" option then you can set the properties.
