. I found the same issue , but nobody didn't explain why rkhunter gives this warning. I will be grateful for your help

Why do you think that output suggests a rootkit? The files in /usr/share/man/man5 are part of krb5 (https://archlinux.org/packages/core/x86_64/krb5/). Moreover, their content is minimal:

$ zless /usr/share/man/man5/.k5identity.5.gz 
.so man5/k5identity.5
$ zless /usr/share/man/man5/.k5login.5.gz 
.so man5/k5login.5

The file in /etc is not owned by a package, but it is simple ASCII and contains only a timestamp and explanation, which you can therefore check.

$ file /etc/.updated 
/etc/.updated: ASCII text
$ cat /etc/.updated 
# This file was created by systemd-update-done. Its only 
# purpose is to hold a timestamp of the time this directory
# was updated. See man:systemd-update-done.service(8).
TIMESTAMP_NSEC=1665856460342713876

Aside from the shared memory segment, the rest of the warnings are not rkhunter warnings, but warnings from grep and egrep.

It is a long time since I used rkhunter, but, as far as I remember, you have to configure it. That is, you have to tell it if things are innocuous, despite not being included in its default lists. It is telling you about hidden files. That doesn't mean you have a rootkit. It means you have hidden files rkhunter doesn't (yet) know about. A rootkit might (or might not) use a hidden file, but lots of other things will use hidden files, too. You have to decide if what rkhunter finds is legitimate or not. That's why they are just warnings.

Packages don't use shared memory, but almost every ELF executable does. The *warning* is that

Warning: The following suspicious (large) shared memory segments have been found:
         Process: /usr/bin/qalculate-gtk    PID: 891921    Owner: iskander    Size: 4.0MB (configured size allowed: 1.0MB)

The process in question is https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x8 … ulate-gtk/ ; you ran that; it's a calulator, not a rootkit and "large" shared mem segments are nothing to phone home about.

I assume you've no idea what you're doing there and just run "thing that makes my system secure?" - what is a good way to scare yourself in preparation for Halloween, but not how this works.
rkhunter is completely heuristic and will point out random stuff to maybe look at - 99.9% (<= totally made up number of suspicious accuracy) of which is harmless.

A good first approach might be to throw the warning at google to get an idea *how* critical it probably is - and then of course also actually read the warning.

Yeah, I just read usage information about rkhunter in arch wiki and don't realize how it really works. But I'll be grateful if you share some information how to analyze such warnings.
