Laggy second monitor display with Gnome on Wayland

Hi,

I am currently running Arch on my laptop with Nvidia Advanced Optimus with i7-12800H and RTX 3070 Ti. I have got PRIME and Wayland working. The primary display provides no significant issues for me. The display is a 240Hz display and runs smoothly. The external display is supposed to be 60 Hz HDMI monitor. However, things do not run as smooth as supposed to be (60Hz) and scrolling or interactions become quite laggy, like the screen runs in just around 30 FPS. This makes me think that external display is not driven by Nvidia, but Intel. This is not the case in Windows, it is displayed in Nvidia control panel icon in task bar that an external display is driven by Nvidia.

So, a few questions:
1. How to check if my external display is really rendered with Nvidia or Intel?
2. If it is rendered through the iGPU, how to use Nvidia instead?

Here is also the output of `nvidia-smi` to ensure that gnome-shell is running on Nvidia.
