NVIDIA + PRIME - Missing NvidiaSettings and NO HDMI Audio

Hi all,

Kernel: 6.0.7-zen1-1-zen #1 ZEN SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Thu, 03 Nov 2022 18:02:00 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux

VGA:
- 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GA104M [Geforce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU] (rev a1)
- 35:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Rembrandt [Radeon 680M] (rev c8)

Gnome 43.1 + Wayland

pipewire+pipewire-pulse: Compiled with libpipewire 0.3.59


I need help to fix, 2 problem:

1. NVIDIA-SETTINGS only show Sytem Information/Thermal Settings/Application Profile/nvidia-setting Configuration (even if I run It with prime-run)

2. No Audio from HDMI, there is nothing the "Output Devices"



Can anyone help me? big_smile

nvidia-settings will only have full functionality on a root started xorg server - what exactly are you seeking to change there?.

I'd assume similar limitations for HDMI, but post 

aplay -lL
pactl list cards
pactl list sinks

in code tags to check.
