I recently noticed that I have a file in my home that can't be deleted because both dolphin and rm say that the file doesn't exist after copying the filename. It is printed out using exa so it's not just a dolphin thing. It takes up 105B according to dolphin properties.
Guess it's a problem with some kind of encoding. How do I delete the file?

I fixed the issue by using ls instead of exa.
