Wrong scaling on an external monitor
Recently, I got a new monitor, which is Toshiba 32HL933G. The scaling goes beyond my understanding at this point. Before I installed the AMD GPU and Radeon Driver, I had to stick with 1680x1050, since it resembled close enough scaling for my monitor before the Driver Installation.
Basically, I tried every scaling to fit the screen for 1920x1080. The scaling method does not change anything. From the settings, nothing changes. Swapping the HDMI cables changes nothing. The same goes for Windows, which I rarely boot nowadays. Can't find the answer on the Arch Wiki or somewhere else on the Web that I am looking for.
My graphics card is bundled within the CPU, which is a 4 core AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics. The Graphics Processor is AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics, running on 13.6 GB of System RAM, being X11 as the Display Server (which I initially thought it was Xorg) and running my typical 6.0.7 hardened Kernel Version.
Here would be Screenshots of the display rendering over the borders and what I can clearly see.

Toshiba 32HL933G is a TV, apparently FullHD, but they tend to overscan.
According to https://www.libble.de/toshiba-32hl933g/ … ?page=0036 you can explicitly disable that and that is exactly what you want to do.
Any approach of compensating hacks will leave you w/ a blurry image at best.
