Integrated a KDE effect on lxqt or xfce

Hello everyone, I want to install Arch on my old laptop as well so I am looking for to install lxqt or xfce.

But I would like one of my favourite KDE effect : the loading application's icon when your are opening an application. It's bouncing and everything...

Is it possible to install this effect on either lxqt or xfce ?
