Hi,
I recently installed arch linux on my machine and have noticed an unnatural power drain when the machine is powered off. My laptop is draining ~5% of the battery per hour after I have shut it down. I did not have this issue previously when I had windows 10 installed. The laptop lasts for ~8-10 hours when I using it for basic browsing.
I have looked through several forums and have tried suggestions such as executing
shutdown -Hin the terminal and pressing and holding the physical power button to power the machine off. However, I still have the power drain issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
