How do I globally get rid of Wine associations?

I don't want any file associations from Wine, ever. If I'm reading https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Wine#P … sociations right, it's talking about making a setting for each prefix. The problem is I isolate each program in its own prefix, so

1. I have a lot of prefixes
2. I often make new prefixes

The wiki says you can turn it off globally in /usr/share/wine/wine.inf. But what do I put in that file? Mine has 2.6k lines of junk in it.
