In NetBoot I have `ipconfig: no devices to configure` and `can't open '/tmp/net-*.conf': no such file or directory` errors make it falling back to RootFS. How to avoid that?

Pretty self explanatory
`can't open '/tmp/net-*.conf': no such file or directory`

How are you trying to set-up the PXE environment?

I've got plenty of memory and no errors related to it
