Memory Issue

New on arch...

I have an old laptop on which I have installed 2GB of RAM

On BIOS it shows my device has 2GB RAM
when i boot into windows 10 it also shows 2GB of RAM
but when i boot on arch linux (with kde x11) it shows my device has only 1.4GiB of ram

so where are the missing memory...

RAM shares its memory with iGPU (your's an APU).
