Disk on a encrypted LVM sometimes went to failure after a hard reset

Sometimes, after I accidentally unplugged my computer, Arch can no longer boot because of “dependency problem” after fsck. My disk is a LUKS encrypted LVM with both filesystem and swap on it. The issue would always be fixed after a manual fsck.ext4 to the root filesystem (after cryptsetup the entire LVM) done on Arch ISO, and I see tons of errors (that could be fixed) during the process of fsck. I cannot provide a useful log (or are there any useful stuffs I can provide?) because anything before the decryption of the LVM would not be logged. The last thing I did to the filesystem settings before these crashes is to enable fast commit on the root filesystem (which is an ext4). Why, and how to fix?
