Bluetooth

Hi,

I am having problems with bluetooth one day it works another nothing


is there a way to connect to say phone via command line

I use hcitool scan but I get nothing at the moment

Connect meaning what exactly? Send/receive files? get online? Other?

I also find bluetooth unstable, but I'm pretty sure it's down to the ancient USB dongle I'm using.

well I use bluetooth in Konqueror ... most of the time it works no problem

hcitool scan shows nothing

yet on me lappy it works fine picks up my mobile phone

But Gnome-Bluetooth does not work on there

Just not sure what to look for ....

[EDIT] just rebooted and bloody thing works go figure lol
