High nvidia cpu usage with kernel 6.0.10

After upgrade to kernel 6.0.10 and nvidia 520.56.06-12 idle cpu usage stays high.
On htop I see kernel thread 71-nvidia spinning at 50% cpu.

Looking through the changelog for 6.0.10

I see the following:

      drm/scheduler: fix fence ref counting

Which seems like the kind of change that could cause spinning
by breaking a wait on the fence.

Downgraded back to 6.0.9 and added to IgnorePkg to fix.
