[Solved] What is Chaotic-AUR?

Hello Folks,
I'm not a Arch user and just using Arch on a VM for doing some tests from time to time.

I found Chaotic-AUR and try to understand what it is or what the difference is compared to regular Arch packages. But I don't get it and would say it is not explained on their website.

Can someone bring more light into that topic pleasE?

It is an unofficial package repository that contains pre-built packages from the AUR.
And it says so directly on the website you linked to.
If you do not understand the difference between the AUR and a package repository, I suggest you read the Wiki article on the AUR again, especially the two very first sentences:

I see your point. The key info is direct in the subtitle (second line of text on the website): "Automated building repo for AUR packages".

Failure is on my side and based on the fact that "Arch AUR" is a source package archive and not pre-build/binary package archive. The latter is in my conservative understanding what I call a "package archive". In short: Arch is still exotic for me and I need my time to become warm with it.
