pcaman segfault if run in slovenian locale

I get a segfault with pacman with different packages, for example chromium if I run it with LANG=sl_SI.UTF8
It works ok under en_US

How do you get a "segfault with pacman" with "for example chromium if I run it"?
Does pacman segfault or chromium?
