problems with Dock K17A WD15 DELL

Hi everybody.. this is my fist post..
I'm too glad to learn about arch, well .. I hope that you can help me

I did buy a docking station DELL K17A WD15 and I didn´t setup succesfully ...  I only see the ethernet and usb devices.. but I can´t see the displays by VGA or HDMI, I think that the problem is the driver but I can't find any site that helps me to install that

Could you tell me something about it ??

Please elaborate on "but I can't see the displays".   Does this mean displays are not showing anything, or does it mean that you cannot see the interfaces listed using a tool in Linux such as lshw?
What Desktop environment / Window manager are you using?  Xorg or Wayland?
