That shows that your issue is /usr/lib/libOpenImageIO.so.2.4

because i was tinkering with ROCm packages, which are a mess, and arch4edu repo makes it even worse

somehow i was able to get HIP to work in Blender, but GPU boost is barely noticeable, never mind
