[solved] Some flacs having sound gaps/clippings at certain song parts

At first I thought I ripped the CD badly, so I did it again, having the same result, exactly at the same second of the same song. A hiccup every time.

I tried Elisa and VLC, both having same issues. Then I loaded the file in wave scope to check the sound wave. There was no gap. I played it there, all was good.

I switched to Windows11 and the Bee player, song played absolutely fine.

While playing other albums I have noticed same problems with certain flac files that produce same gaps in Linux players but are fine in linux wave checkers, windows and android players.

I'm using latest Arch and Kde, flac package.

Who would have thought that Elisa uses VLC to decode/play songs? I wouldn't. And I tried those two programs to test, thinking they differ. But they not.

Because of that, latest stable VLC release has some bugs around FLAC files so Elisa shows that too. It should be fixed in the next version. JUK player, for example, does not make any sound gaps.
