Error installing telepathy-kdeconnect-git

Please help me with the installation of telepathy-kdeconnect-git. When I try with yay, I get the following error.

 CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:9 (find_package):

Found package configuration file:


/usr/lib/cmake/TelepathyQt5/TelepathyQt5Config.cmake


but it set TelepathyQt5_FOUND to FALSE so package "TelepathyQt5" is

considered to be NOT FOUND. Reason given by package:


Failed to find TelepathyQt5 component "0.9.5"

It's looking for TelepathyQt5 0.9.5 and the version provided by telepathy-qt is 0.9.8.

There has been no activity in the upstream repo since 2017. I wouldn't bother.
