My touchpad appears to be detected and configured, but it works just a little differently than it did before. Before it worked as normal, one finger moved the cursor, one-finger tap left-clicked, and two fingers scrolled and right-clicked. Now everything requires one more finger. Moves and left-clicks with two fingers, and scrolls and right-clicks with three fingers. All the typical checks show that everything appears as it did before. I don't know if this is related, but just before it stopped working, I attempted to build Metasploitable3's Windows box. I don't know why that would cause problems, but as soon as it failed, my mouse was wonky. I have tried rebooting a couple times, upgrading the system, and reloading mouse-related modules.

Looking at libinput debug-gui it looks like the touchpad is only registering one fewer touches on the pad. I have no idea what would cause this. dmesg did not seem to have anything interesting either.
