I have a package ready for the ZiNc emulator. http://www.emuhype.com/index.phtml?s=zinc&ss=index It emulates arcade video games based on Sony PlayStation hardware.
I will have a problem trying to submit it however because there is a python based messenger also named zinc already in the AUR. The package is somewhat outdated, but the software is still in active development.
I was thinking of changing the name of my package to zinc-bin since it is a binary distribution, and using a variable name ${_pkgname}=zinc for my PKGBUILD.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I suggest zinc-emulator, because zinc-bin isn't really meaningful.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I wanted to include better plugins like Pete's, but gave up on that because I keep receiving errors I can't resolve. The basic libgl plugin was also quitting with a segmentation fault error. It seems like zinc only likes the plugin in the same folder as it...
I'm not sure what to do so I gave up. If anyone is interested in looking at the PKGBUILD then let me know and I can post it here.

Is there any way to play games like Final Fantasy VII with this emulator?

@alcazoid: this dont really answer your question, but ff7 works great with epsxe. I'm playing it at the moment, and there is no problem at all. There is pkgbuild in aur.
