amd_pstate: the _CPC object is not present in SBIOS or ACPI disabled

When I add `amd_pstate=passive` to my kernel command line, linux still loads the acpi-cpufreq driver. I see this in dmesg: `amd_pstate: the _CPC object is not present in SBIOS or ACPI disabled`.

It looks like a `_CPC object` is related to enabling the CPPC setting in BIOS (I don't know what an SBIOS is, but I'm guessing it's related). I could not find a CPPC setting in the BIOS, which makes me think I need to contact my computer manufacturer for assistance. Am I on the right track? I could not find a definitive list of processors that support amd_pstate, but `lscpu` shows a `cppc` flag, if that helps.

This is on a Tuxedo Aura 15 with Ryzen 7 4700U running 6.1.8.hardened1-1.
