Running X11 with intel + Nvidia on Hybrid mode without optimus-manager. I don't want to run nvidia for everything because of the battery life.
Well, this a weird one, but when my laptop is unplugged or is turned on from cold (plugged):
* The nvidia X server GUI bugs out completely (missing some info, powermizer option is gone);
* "nvidia-settings -q all" spits a bunch of errors as well as some missing attributes;
https://pastebin.com/4f5vqMN0
* xrandr doesn't show my HDMI output at all, and only shows one provider using "xrandr --listproviders";
https://pastebin.com/3JGmyKMX
* nvidia-smi doesn't show the xorg process with 4 MB of memory used when everything runs normally.
Here is the journalctl -b log:

I don't have any /etc/xorg.conf or /etc/xorg.conf.d/ files. I can still use the nvidia card using the prime-run script. The iGPU is used by default on OpenGL and the dGPU is used for Vulkan by default.
Just recently I found out that restarting sddm (and probably X) from the tty fix the issue, but I really would like to have things working on boot. the TCC threshould doesn't change as well during boot, only when I restart thermald. I don't know if these issues can relate somehow.
