Pacman Error with Ncurses

pacman updates give the following error:

error: the following file conflicts were found:
  ncurses: /usr/share/terminfo/s/screen-256color: exists in filesystem
  ncurses: /usr/share/terminfo/s/screen-256color-bce: exists in filesystem

how do I fix it?
