How do I move my root partition from my Hard Drive, to my SSD?

I'm almost running out of my space on my root again, and this time, I want to move the root to my SSD.
I have 3 questions.
Can we even use 2 disks at the same time on a Arch system for this purpose?
If so, how can I do it?
Do I have to reinstall the system or not?
(Here's a image of what I'm trying to do: https://wim.nl.tab.digital/s/Mb5coB6SRP3d8r7)

Partition the drives like you want them to, rsync the files over: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Migrat … _to_bottom
