Failed to start services and can't access any user

When I booted there were a failure in system, it asked me to type fsck /dev/sda2 manually and the pc will reboot automatically, when I did I went to the login screen in Text Mode (tty1), and it won't let me type my password as shown in the scenario below, also I got a message when booting that says system failed to start D bus system message, NetworkManager and Bluetooth
presumably because system crashed yesterday before turning it off

`archlinux login: root
login incorrect
archlinux login:`

I have bootable device so I can mount all partition and chroot

thanks in advance

Please share the journal contents for a failed boot.

Sounds like your filesystem is corrupted. You do have a backup, right?
