Mutt audio notification in tty

I use: set new_mail_command = "play /usr/share/sounds/Oxygen-Im-New-Mail.ogg"

OR

set new_mail_command = "ogg123 /usr/share/sounds/Oxygen-Im-New-Mail.ogg"

When I have neomutt open in tty I receive the following errors:
1. play FAIL formats: can't open input file /usr/share/sounds/Oxygen-Im-New-Mail.ogg : no such file or directory
2. cannot open /usr/share/sounds/Oxygen-Im-New-Mail.ogg error running "ogg123 /usr/share/sounds/Oxygen-Im-New-Mail.ogg"

In konsole using both commands the audio plays normal.
