Shortcut combinations not working at all on JAVA programs.

I have this issue where combination shortcuts (eg <crl><C>, <crl><shift><T>) etc are not working on some JAVA applications (the ones I have trouble with: Ghidra, Burp Suite, Matlab 2022b).
Pressing <alt> on it's own works for example, but <alt><x> not.

The one thing they have in common is that they are all java applications.

I have tried changing the default java env to:
  java-17-openjdk
  java-19-openjdk
  java-8-openjdk

but none changed anything.

On matlab attempting to set a custom shortcut for <crl><C> for example will show: Ctrl+[]
And any other set <crl><V> let's say will also show: Ctrl + [] and conflicts! with the other one. (They are not working)

On burpsuite it won't register the new shortcut.

I don't know if it's relevant but super key combinations (and super key on it's own) is not working if it's the default shortcut for something on my KDE.
