hi, last night i was trying to install arch linux following the wiki on my laptop and everything went fine until grub installer, it just didnt work; it was late so i just rebooted and decided to try it again today and i got the surprise that my laptop keyboard doesnt work at all, like its not existent.
I installed linux mint just to try things out using an external usb keyboard and used xinput and AT Translated Set 2 keyboard which as far as i know is the internal laptop keyboard just doesnt show... its like i amputated the conection between the hardware/bios and the OS, what can i do to fix it? I tried installing xorg-server, resetting bios configs, everything but to no avail, help please i need it for work!
