Hello,
When I do pacman -Sy kde I get the following error message:
error: cannot resolve dependencies for "kdeaccessibility":
"gstreamer" is not in the package set
What is the mistake?

Seems as if the package maintainer forget to append the version of the gstreamer package. (I don't know wether it's the version or why it is appended, but it is called gstreamer0.10 and not just gstreamer)
Well I am not expirienced with PKGBUILDs but this is the first thing coming into my mind. As gstreamer0.10 does not provide gstreamer, you'll have to wait until the package is fixed, as far as I can see. :

I think it's a good idea to report a BUG about this..
Have you tried to turn it off and on again?

Ran Larch 3.0 which calls pacman -S kde.. and it downloaded the missing gstreamer.
I assume the problem has been eliminated.......
