Dual boot arch+windows 10, grub doesnt show up on start it boots arch

I have installed arch on a machine that already had win 10. I have configured grub and it detects win 10. I have set timeout to 5 and TIMEOUT_STYLE=menu. It just wont show, boots directly into arch. I have looked around, im all out of ideas of what to try?

Ok it was a motherboard issue. Bios had an option for QUICK BOOT, that was set to on, if anyone has the same issue set QUICK BOOT to off, show diagnostics. It solved my issue.
