Hibernation issue and frozen after restore.

Hello everyone.

I have a new Dell  laptop, where I installed everything without any problems.
The only problem I have is that I cannot activate hibernation.  Sometimes it goes into hibernation, if I close the monitor for example, but then when it restarts the screen stays froze on the login and I can't do anything, the mouse doesn't move and it doesn't take any imput from the keyboard.

If I try to force hibernation by hand it starts the process turns off the backlight of the monitor, but the keyboard remains lit, as well as the hard disk led. After some time if I touch the laptop I feel it starts to overheat a lot and if I leave it like that for a long time it gets hot.

I tried to look on the forum who has similar problems but I couldn't find a good solution.
I will leave you some technical information and the collected logs.

I thank you for any feedback and help.
