Migrate from wpa_supplicant to iwd

Hi all,

I'm using NetworkManager for KDE integration (through installing the plasma package group), but I'm noticing wpa_supplicant having a very difficult time with my Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 card. As such, I would like to migrate backends (to iw or iwd), but I'm having trouble since one of the networks I use is an 802.1X enterprise network.

My problem is twofold: first, how can I migrate my existing connections without any problems, and second - how can I get NM + iwd to use NetworkManager to set up connections like wpa_supplicant? Or am I going about this wrong?
